    Mobile Employee is a smartphone monitoring software that tracks all the activities performed on target devices. It records and logs SMS messages, call history, web browsing history, calendar events, tasks and memos; records phone surroundings; tracks GPS locations of the phone and does much more. The software gets installed directly onto the phone you wish to monitor. However, physical access to the device is only needed for the initial download. All settings may be adjusted remotely anytime online right from your password-protected web-based Control Panel. You can start receiving information about your target devices activities within the next 15-20 minutes after the installation has completed. The data will be fed into your Control Panel in real-time.

    Absolutely. We do not record, store, transmit or resell any personal information of our customers. Mobile Employee complies with current security policies and ensures complete privacy by encrypting all confidential activity logs.

  • Will Mobile Employee slow down the performance of my employees’ devices?
    Will Mobile Employee slow down the performance of my employees’ devices?

    Absolutely not. One of the unique features of Mobile Employee is that in order to work, it does not use any SMS commands that can be visible from the phone’s message folder. The size of the activity data, uploaded to the server does not exceed 100kb, thus being invisible on your employees’ phone bills. There is no way to detect the Mobile Employee app as it is fully programmed and managed online without any noticeable interaction between the server and the phone.

    A very large number of mobile devices running iOS, Android and BlackBerry operating systems are fully compatible with Mobile Employee.

  • Can my employees circumvent Mobile Employee?
    Can my employees circumvent Mobile Employee

    No. All monitoring, management and control of your corporate devices will be performed either by you or a person you assign this task to out of the password-protected Control Panel. Mobile Employee does not have any interface on actual mobile devices for your employees to come across. There are no icons, hotkeys or any other evidence of Mobile Employee’s presence on their smartphones.

    After your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive a welcome e-mail with the URL to Mobile Employee software and login information for your Control Panel. Once you’ve logged in and selected the right operating system of your devices Mobile Employee wizard will take you through a very simple installation process.

    Mobile Employee must be installed directly onto the phone that you intend to monitor. To access the installation guidelines for the phone you wish to monitor, simply login to your Mobile Employee Control Panel and follow simple installation steps. Please note that the installation steps may vary depending on the operating system of your smartphones.

  • What levels of customization are available for Mobile Employee?

    Cloud hosting is the traditional deployment model for Mobile Employee as it delivers better value from company’s budgets while offering speed and agility at affordable cost. We take security of your information very seriously, so all data transactions between your corporate devices and the cloud are 100% encrypted and secure. In addition, we don't record, store, transmit or resell any personal information of our customers. Mobile Employee complies with current security policies and ensures complete privacy of all activity logs and other confidential information.

  • My company has not embraced the Cloud yet. Is there an alternative?
    My company has not embraced the Cloud yet. Is there an alternative?

    We do recognize that some businesses may have policies that prohibit Cloud hosting. In such cases, we can deploy Mobile Employee on your server side. If you are interested in the server deployment, please specify this in the form on the Features & Pricing page and our specialist will get back to you. Please note that deployment timeline may differ depending on the complexity of the integration required.

  • Will Mobile Employee work with my target's service provider network?
    Will Mobile Employee work with my target's service provider network?

    Mobile Employee works in ANY country and EVERY corner of the world. All you need to make sure of is that your target devices:

    • Are compatible with our software (check it here)
    • Have the Internet access for at least 10 minutes per day in order for Mobile Employee to be able to capture activity data and send it to your Control Panel for review.

  • I have purchased Mobile Employee, but have not received the Welcome email. Why?
    I have purchased Mobile Employee, but have not received the Welcome email. Where is it?

    Please check the 'spam' or 'junk mail' folders of your email as the email could have been sent there by your email service provider. If you still don't see an email from Mobile Employee, please let your Account Manager know or contact our 24/7 customer support team.

  • How do I see the SMS, call Logs, e-mail and location tracking information?

    All tracking, monitoring activities of your target devices are managed from a secure feature-rich Control Panel. You can view your data either in a Dashboard view or Activity view. You can also search for specific activity or content and run reports based on user/group of users, devices, specific activities or time period of interest.

    Yes, absolutely. Our 24/7 technical support team is always available to you via a toll-free number, Skype or live chat. In addition you may want to request a dedicated Account Manager who will be your single point of contact for all Mobile Employee technical or management questions.
